Recently, a vertical hydraulic metal baler has completed assembly and commissioning at the AEMK workshop and is ready for customer delivery. Designed for compacting loose scrap metals such as steel scrap, aluminum scrap, beverage cans and light-gauge materials, the machine effectively addresses the industry pain point of bulky, high-transport-cost recyclables.

The machine adopts a vertical frame structure with dark grey welded steel plate body reinforced by grid stiffeners for exceptional compressive rigidity. Two red high-pressure hydraulic cylinders mounted on the top deliver powerful downward force. The front loading door features a red thickened welded structure with a hydraulic locking device, ensuring safe and reliable operation under high pressure.

Comprehensive safety warning labels are placed on the side of the body, including "No pressing when door is open" and "Load material evenly" operation prompts. Manual control levers enable lifting and lowering operations. High-pressure hydraulic pipelines are neatly arranged along the body, with valve groups centrally mounted for convenient maintenance.

Once delivered, the equipment will be widely used at scrap metal collection stations, recycling processing bases and waste recovery yards. By compressing loose materials into dense bales, the machine reduces material volume to one-fifth to one-tenth of its original size, significantly improving storage and transportation efficiency while cutting logistics costs.

AEMK continues to focus on solid waste recycling equipment, delivering precision manufacturing and reliable quality to provide global clients with complete scrap metal processing solutions covering shearing, crushing and baling, supporting high-quality development of the circular economy.
