Hydraulic pipeline welds are welded using a special welding process, and flaw detection is performed after welding to ensure that the pipeline is defect-free.   • 6. The equipment is equipped with a fully automatic control system. The core components use Siemens PLC and touch screen imported from Germany. The equipment working parameters are automatically controlled and the operation is simple and easy to learn.

The entire operation process does not require unnecessary manual intervention. One-touch start and stop can also be used to start a single motor or multiple motors independently, truly realizing fully automatic control. It is simple and easy to learn for operators.

  • 8. All hydraulic pipelines are welded using the high-pressure pipeline welding process. The end faces on both sides of the weld are beveled, the base is welded with argon arc welding, and the surface is covered with two-layer welding. After 24 hours of high-pressure testing, the surface is pickled to remove impurities on the inner wall to ensure that there are no impurities inside the hydraulic system and it can work smoothly for a long time.
